Mobility
- The entrance to the museum is at ground level.
- Almost all areas are wheelchair accessible. An independently usable lift provides access to both floors.
- A wheelchair toilet is available. The key can be obtained at the museum welcome desk.
- Folding chairs are available on request.
- Seating is available.
Vision
- Labelled guide and assistance dogs are permitted in the exhibition.
- People with visual impairments can obtain an interactive museum bag free of charge at the museum welcome desk. The bag supplements the exhibition with descriptions in braille and tactile materials.
- The guided tour ‘In the jungle of the dinosaurs’ was developed for people with and without visual impairments.
- There is no floor guidance system.
Hearing
- Many texts are displayed on high-contrast screens.
- Some of our films are subtitled.
